Guided by our 2024–26 Empowering Futures Strategy, The Mason Foundation is dedicated to creating a fairer society where everyone can lead a healthy, fulfilling life through volunteering and employment opportunities.
Over the next three years, we aim to generate over 13,000 opportunities for young neurodivergent people through Propel, providing tailored support and pathways into employment. Community Mile will continue to unite diverse communities, aligning with Sport England’s Uniting the Movement strategy to empower those least active through locally led, inclusive physical activity.
